Combined Division Standings · Power Rankings · Bracket Win Probabilities

Seeding note: Playoff brackets were locked before the final week of games, so bracket position doesn't perfectly match these final standings.
  • Heading into the last game, Keewaydin held the 2-seed in the Rod Carew division. Pearl 2 winning their finale (while Keewaydin only tied theirs) pushed Pearl 2 ahead — but the bracket was already set with Keewaydin in the higher slot.
  • Waite 2 was the league's 7th-best team by win% heading into their final game (ahead of 40th St. and Kenwood) but a loss dropped them to 9th — a lucky break for the top bracket.
Combined League Standings — ranked by winning percentage (as played, forfeits included)
RankSeedTeamDivWLTGPPCTStreakCoach

Rank = position by final winning percentage across both divisions (ties broken by total wins). Seed = the actual Championship-bracket seed — the league alternated divisions (TO, RC, TO, RC…) when building the bracket, taking each division's next-best pre-final-week team in turn. Verified against every Round 1/2 matchup on the published schedule. Only known for the 7 Championship-bracket teams; shown as — for everyone else. Phelps and Hiawatha are listed below the ranked field — too few (or zero) games played for a meaningful winning percentage. Both were dropped from the league before the season ended.

Forfeits removed: Confirmed forfeits are stripped from every team's record and standings/seeds are recalculated from games actually played. Rod Carew: Pearl 2's two forfeit wins over Pershing, and the 6/6 double-forfeit loss (MLK/Armatage-Kenny) and 6/27 double-forfeit loss (Pershing/40th St.). Tony Oliva: Waite 2's forfeit win over Phelps (6/1) and Folwell/North Commons' forfeit win over Phelps (6/6) — those are the only two Tony Oliva forfeits; every other unscored game in that division's log was either cancelled or already reflected in the posted final record, so Powderhorn and Waite 1 are unchanged here. Streak & Coach columns are carried over unchanged since forfeits don't affect them.

Seed is the same fixed pre-final-week bracket assignment as the as-played table (it doesn't change with forfeit removal) — only Rank moves. Phelps' only 2 games were forfeit losses, so with forfeits removed they show 0 games played. Streak/Coach text is unchanged from the as-played table for readability.

Methodology: Score = 60% Winning % + 40% run differential per game (min–max normalized across the ranked pool). Run differential is pulled from every scored game in both divisions' full results logs; forfeits, cancellations, and the suspended 6/15 game (no final score) never contributed runs either way. Hiawatha and Phelps are excluded (too few/no games played).

Forfeits removed: Win% and games-played reflect the no-forfeit records above; run totals are unchanged (forfeits never had runs attached). Armatage/Kenny climbs here — the double-forfeit loss to MLK was quietly dragging their record and diff/game down. Powderhorn and Waite 1 are unchanged from the as-played table — their extra games were cancellations, not forfeits.

Probabilities use the log5 method (Bill James) applied to each team's regular-season winning %, projected through both brackets round by round. Two separate single-elimination brackets are running — a 7-team “Championship” bracket (top seeds, Pearl 1 with a bye) and a 7-team “Development” bracket (remaining teams, MLK with a bye). Bracket matchups themselves don't change between modes — only the win% each team brings into the log5 formula changes.

Development Bracket — Odds to Win It All

Red Bears' win% was floored at .050 for probability math so odds aren't undefined.

Forfeits removed: Same bracket structure and matchups — only the win% feeding the log5 formula changes, using the forfeits-removed records. Armatage/Kenny's Round 1 favorite status and championship odds both improve noticeably once the forfeit loss to MLK is stripped out. In the Development bracket, Waite 2's and Folwell/North Commons' forfeit wins over Phelps are removed; Powderhorn and Waite 1's odds are unchanged since their extra games were never confirmed forfeits.
